Eligibility for Returns

You may return any undamaged product purchased from Mystique No.8 for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the date you received it.

  • It must be returned with original packaging, all included accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt).

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unaltered.

Domestic Returns (Australia)

  • Returns can be made by post from anywhere within Australia.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions and tracking confirmation requirements.

International Returns

  • We accept international returns, but return shipping and any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please notify us in advance before sending an international return.

  • We will only begin the refund process after receiving and verifying the return tracking details and confirming the item’s condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method promptly.

  • If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange instead of a refund.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
